PESHAWAR (Kashmir English): In recent operations, security forces have neutralised eleven terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
According to security sources, forces conducted successful operations against terrorists of Fitnat-ul-Khawarij and Fitnat-ul-Hindustan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, killing 11 terrorists. Arms and ammunition were also recovered during the operations.
According to sources, intelligence-based operations were conducted in South Waziristan and Bannu areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while in Khuzdar district of Balochistan. 11 terrorists belonging to Fitnat-ul-Khawarij and Fitnat-ul-Hindustan were killed in these operations.
Security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation against Fitnat-ul-Khawarij in Bannu, during which 2 terrorists were killed. Arms and ammunition were also recovered during the operation, while security forces destroyed the hideouts of the terrorists with explosives.
According to security sources, forces acted on intelligence in the Ladha area of South Waziristan, as a result of which 5 Khawarij were killed. Security forces timely tracked the movements of the Fitnat-ul-Khawarij terrorists and surrounded them and took effective action.
An operation was also carried out against Fitnat-ul-Hindustan in Sasol area of Khuzdar district of Balochistan, in which 4 terrorists were killed. According to security sources, security forces effectively targeted the Fitnat-ul-Hindustan terrorists with the help of quadcopters.
According to security sources, it was ensured in the operations that the lives and property of the people were protected, and the local population was not harmed.
The security forces are continuing operations under the vision of determination and stability until the complete eradication of the scourge of terrorism from the country.
