Youth playing key role in national narrative: Attaullah Tarar
Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, while speaking to Kashmir Digital, delivered a message directed at the youth, praising their role in national communication efforts and public messaging campaigns.
According to him, in the struggle for justice, the people of Kashmir have stood shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan army and appreciated their “courage and spirit.”
Tarar added that through the coordination among the youth on social media, media outlets, social media influencers, and ISPR, the narrative of the country has strengthened.
According to him, Pakistan is quite successful in the so-called narrative war on an international scale, claiming that the opposite narratives were becoming ineffective worldwide. Such claims cannot be verified independently.
Regarding regional media dynamics, Tarar said that through the youth using social media, the reality behind Indian media was exposed to the international audience.
Additionally, he referred to restrictions imposed on Pakistanis on YouTube, saying that in response to it, Pakistanis promoted the national songs and content on foreign platforms to present the peaceful face of the country to the world.
In conclusion, he appreciated the efforts made by the youth.
