ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The federal government on Thursday reduced the petrol and diesel prices for September 25, a day after the price of fuel prices were lowered.
According to the notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the price of petrol was lowered by Rs 0.84 per liter and high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs 2.63 per liter.
“The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has revised the ex-depot prices of the petroleum products for September 25, 2026,” the notification stated.
With the latest revision, the new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 389.28 per liter and diesel at Rs 412.12 per liter.
On September 23, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) reduced the petrol price to Rs 390.12 per liter and the diesel price to Rs 414.75 per liter.
The revised prices are in line with the government’s ongoing policy of issuing fuel prices on a daily basis from Monday to Friday based on international oil markets.
