ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Higher Education Commission has announced the LLM and PhD scholarships for students belonging to Balochistan, opening avenues for them in top Pakistani universities as well as abroad.
The deserving students, who will have a domicile of Balochistan, can be permitted for LLM scholarship locally and also LLM and PhD scholarships internationally.
Eligibility Criteria & Last Date of Application
Applicants must have completed LLB and LLM degrees with at least 50% marks. Age limits are set at 30 years for LLM and 35 years for PhD candidates. The eligibility criterion also includes a minimum of 50% in the aptitude test. Applications due on January 13, 2026.
Law Admission Test (LAT) Schedule
The Higher Education Commission has, therefore, announced the schedule of the Law Admission Test to be held for admissions to LLB programmes at public and private universities in Pakistan. Applications will close on December 29, 2025, while the test will be held on January 25, 2026.
