PESHAWAR (Kashmir English): The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has postponed General Recruitment exams scheduled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) from 12 to 19 October 2026.
According to a public notice issued by the commission on 11 October, the decision is applicable to the tests for recruitment in Phase-III/2026 in Peshawar and Dera Ismail Khan examination centres.
FPSC also noted that the tests were canceled due to the current conditions in the province and the candidates’ and invigilators’ demands. Examinations in other provinces and areas of Pakistan are to be held on the previously announced dates, the commission said.
FPSC further informed that a new arrangement of the delayed tests in KPK would be announced later. It has been advised to the candidates to visit the official website of the commission regularly for any new examination dates and instructions to continue with the examination.
The postponement will only apply to the mentioned recruitment tests in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP and will not impact other tests conducted across the country.
