ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has announced recruitment for multiple vacancies ranging from Basic Pay Scale (BS) 16 to BS-20 in various federal government departments and institutions.
According to the recruitment advertisement, the vacancies cover medical, administrative, engineering, scientific, finance, legal and other professional fields, offering opportunities for candidates with different educational qualifications and professional backgrounds.
The Auditor General of Pakistan has announced the largest number of vacancies, with 160 posts of Assistant Audit Officer (BS-17).
Meanwhile, the Federal Medical College has advertised 25 vacancies for Demonstrators (BS-17), while the Economist Group of the Ministry of Planning has announced 12 posts of Economists (BS-17).
The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad, has announced six vacancies for Professors (BS-20) and two for Associate Professors (BS-19).
The Ministry of Defence has advertised 10 posts of Nurses (BS-16) at AFIRM, while four vacancies for Civilian Medical Practitioners (BS-17) are available at General Headquarters (GHQ).
Railway Jobs and Vacancies in Other Ministries
The Ministry of Railways has announced three posts of Assistant Engineers (BS-17) and four posts of Assistant Executive Engineers (BS-17). Additionally, two vacancies each are available for Assistant Controllers and Assistant Mechanical Engineers, along with one post of Assistant Director Legal (BS-17).
The Ministry of Planning has also advertised vacancies for Deputy Chief, Assistant Chief and Research Officer positions.
Other vacancies in scientific, ordnance, security and finance-related fields include two posts of Junior Scientific Officers (BS-16) at AFIP of Pathology under the Ministry of Defence/GHQ.
Additional advertised positions include one Assistant Draftsman (BS-18) in the Ministry of Law, one Assistant Director (BS-17) in the Ministry of Religious Affairs, one Deputy Director (BS-18) in the National Heritage Division and one Budget Publication Officer (BS-18) in the Finance Division.
Recruitment has also been announced for various government departments in Gilgit-Baltistan.
