JIWANI (Kashmir English): Security forces foiled the attack on the Pakistan Coast Guard post in the Panwan area of Jiwani, a coastal town in Gwadar, killing four terrorists, security sources said on Friday.
As per details, the post used to stop smuggling on an important sea route, and it played a major role in the nexus between Fitna Al-Hindustan and smugglers, causing heavy financial loss to militants.
On Friday evening, Fitna Al-Hindustan and smugglers launched a joint attack on the post, which was thwarted by the security forces with swift retaliation.
Sources said that during the cross, two security forces personnel were martyred in the gunfire. The forces have surrounded the area, and the operation is still ongoing.
