ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): BYD Pakistan has introduced a price lock for those customers who buy their vehicles by the end of August 2026, allowing them to retain the existing prices under changing tax laws and business conditions.
According to Mega Motor Company (MMC), the partner company of BYD in Pakistan, this price lock is available to customers who complete the purchase in August itself.
Customers whose bookings have been made can avail of this offer if they are able to pay the outstanding amount. The customers making new bookings can also enjoy the price lock offer if they pay in full by August 31, 2026.
MMC stated that BYD has maintained its prices since launching vehicles in Pakistan back in 2024.
The company has introduced this new offer due to the lack of an auto policy since July 2026, along with the newly introduced tax system.
Earlier, BYD brought two new electric vehicles to the local market with the launch of the BYD Sealion 7 and the BYD Atto 2, extending the variant line in Pakistan.
The two models, which were introduced at a dealership event in Lahore, contribute to BYD-MMC’s increasing NEV portfolio in Pakistan by catering to both the premium and urban lifestyle segments, as bookings are now open nationwide.

BYD Sealion 7 Price in Pakistan
The company claims that the BYD Sealion 7 has been launched in the Pakistani market with an ex-showroom price of Rs. 15,490,000, with the booking amount for Sealion 7 at Rs. 3,000,000, while delivery timelines are yet to be shared.
