LEEPA VALLEY (Kashmir English): The spirit of patriotism was on full display once again in Leepa Valley as the Army Public School paid a heartfelt tribute to the Pakistan Army following their remarkable success in the recent Maraka-e-Haq operation.

Commanding Officer Colonel Azeem received a warm and emotional welcome when he arrived at the Major Aziz Shaheed Army Public School. The visit turned into a celebration of national pride, with children, elders, and youth coming together to show deep respect and love for the armed forces.

School students showered the Commanding Officer with rose petals as a gesture of admiration, calling him their hero. There were lots of teachers and parents at the event, too, happy to see the award presented.

In the most recent Maraka-e-Haq operation, the Pakistan Army displayed great courage, professionalism and sacrifice, which allowed them to successfully tackle the enemy threats and bring down their plans. When they achieved their aim, the local people were happy and expressed their appreciation by distributing sweets and cheering for the military.

Many described Pakistani forces as having hit the enemy with a powerful blow, acting as a Bunyan-um-Marsoos, an organised and united unit. They not only humbled Indian aggression but also responded with such strength that the enemy was forced to retreat in humiliation.

The people of Leepa Valley called the army’s achievement a matter of national pride and expressed complete solidarity with the armed forces. The emotional unity and support displayed in the valley reflected the nation’s gratitude for its defenders.

In another instance, the Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, gave an exclusive interview to Anadolu Agency, where he addressed critical regional security issues, Pakistan’s stance on peace, and its firm rejection of Indian aggression.

Pakistan desires peace in the region but will never accept Indian dominance, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, said during an interview with Anadolu Agency.

“The truth is that India is not the United States, and Pakistan is not Afghanistan. India is not Israel, and Pakistan is not Palestine,” he remarked, making it clear that any attempts made at misadventures are unacceptable.

He strongly rejected Indian accusations related to the Pahalgam incident, stressing that New Delhi has failed to provide any solid evidence.
