MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Election Commission of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has issued an official notification of the polling date for government employees on election duty.
According to the notification, government employees will be able to exercise their voting rights through special polling on July 20, 2026.
The purpose of this special arrangement is to ensure that no government employee is deprived of their basic right to vote due to the performance of electoral duties in the general elections to be held on July 27.
The Election Commission has issued instructions to all employees involved in election duty across the state, including Muzaffarabad, to complete all preparations for voting on time.
