MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Election Commissioner on Monday announced the results of seven constituencies of Muzaffarabad Division, a day after the second phase of the AJK election.
Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) AJK Justice (retd) Ghulam Mustafa Mughal, accompanied by Senior Member Election Commission Khawaja Muhammad Ahsan and Secretary Election Commission Raja Shakeel, addressed the press conference on the latest results in Muzaffarabad.

According to the CEC, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidates won four seats, while Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) secured one seat.
In LA-25 Neelum Valley-I, PML-N candidate Shah Ghulam Qadir won with 19,201 votes, while PPP candidate Mian Abdul Waheed came second, securing 13,836 votes.
In LA-26 Neelum Valley-II, PPP candidate Mian Abdul Waheed secured victory with 16,526 votes, defeating PML-N candidate Shah Ghulam Qadir, who received 14,501 votes.
In LA-29 Muzaffarabad-III, PPP candidate Sardar Mukhtar Ahmed Khan won after securing 20,045 votes. PML-N candidate Syed Iftikhar Ali Gilani received 16,507 votes.
In LA-30 Muzaffarabad-IV, PML-N candidate Dr. Mustafa Bashir Abbasi secured 17,895 votes to defeat PPP candidate Mubashar Munir Awan Advocate, who received 12,323 votes.
In LA-31 Muzaffarabad-V, PML-N candidate Saqib Majeed Raja emerged victorious with 32,511 votes, defeating PPP candidate Chaudhry Latif Akbar, who secured 23,957 votes.
In LA-32 Muzaffarabad-VI, PML-N candidate Raja Farooq Haider won after securing 21,613 votes. PPP candidate Ashfaq Zafar received 19,274 votes.
In LA-32 Muzaffarabad-VII, PPP candidate Dewan Ali Khan Chughtai won with 26,357 votes, while PML-N candidate Chaudhry Muhammad Rasheed came second, securing 21,841 votes.
The Chief Election Commissioner further announced that polling would be held tomorrow at 54 polling stations in LA-28 Muzaffarabad-II and the whole LA-27 Muzaffarabad-I constituency of Muzaffarabad division.
He said polling could not be conducted as scheduled at these stations because election materials could not reach the relevant areas on time due to adverse weather conditions.
Mughal further said adequate security arrangements had been made with deployment of Army, Rangers and police personnel, while additional personnel have been stationed at sensitive polling stations.
He said polling material has been delivered to all the relevant polling stations.
