ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Pakistani actress and model Huma Saleem has accused a “famous” Pakistani cricketer, without naming the player, of harassment and emotional abuse and hinted at pursuing legal action against him.
In a story shared on Instagram, the model “exposed a famous cricketer” whom she described as a “cheat, fraud, and womaniser”, had continued to target her despite the two having had no contact for the past two months.
She alleged that he crossed the line today by threatening and harassing her.
“I have faced this harassment even while I’m in no contact with him for 2 months. Whenever I try to move on, he always comes back and disturbs me mentally, but this time my threshold has exceeded,” Saleem wrote.
The actress further said that she will expose “this bloody cricketer” for what they do in hotels with the misuse of funds provided by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) legally.
While making the allegations, Huma wrote that this cricketer tried to tarnish her reputation and career by messaging me, my family, and even my colleagues.
The actress further stated that despite being in a painful and abusive relationship, I never said anything, but this time my tolerance has reached its limit.
She added that she planned to initiate legal proceedings in the coming days with all the evidence.
