LEEPA (Kashmir English): Pakistan Army has responded effectively, using heavy weapons, to India’s unprovoked firing in Leepa sector on Monday night.
Indian forces again resorted to firing with light weapons on the forward posts in Leepa valley on Monday night but Pak Army responded effectively, according to the reports coming from the Line of Control (LoC).
The firing continued from the Indian side on the forward posts until Pakistan troops silenced their guns.
India suffers heavy losses
According to reports, Pakistani troops returned fire and inflicted heavy losses on the enemy.
This is the third time this week that India has opened fire in the Leepa sector.
