BIRMINGHAM, UK (Kashmir English): President Pakistan Peoples’ Party Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), and Member of the AJK Legislative Assembly, Chaudhry Mohammad Yasin, had an important meeting with Chaudhry Mohammad Shabbir, Senior Vice President Pakistan Peoples’ Party Birmingham, UK.
During the meeting, Chaudhry Mohammad Shabbir briefed Chaudhry Mohammad Yasin on party’s organizational matters and the issues facing the overseas community.
Speaking on the occasion, Chaudhry Mohammad Yasin, President PPP Azad Kashmir, said that Chaudhry Mohammad Shabbir is one of the founding members of party and an invaluable asset to the party in the UK.
He said services of Shabbir to the party are unforgettable. He further expressed hope that Chaudhry Mohammad Shabbir would play a key role in strengthening and stabilizing the party in the UK and across Europe.
Yaseen said that he is well aware of the issues facing overseas Kashmiris and would bring these issues to the attention of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari upon his return.
Speaking on the occasion, Chaudhry Mohammad Shabbir stated that following the instructions of party President, Chaudhry Mohammad Yasin, they would continue to strengthen the Peoples Party throughout Europe.
He praised Chaudhry Mohammad Yasin for his leadership, noting that under his strategic guidance, Pakistan Peoples’ Party Azad Jammu and Kashmir is now the largest party.
“PPP to form next government”
He confidently stated that in the upcoming elections, under the leadership of President Chaudhry Mohammad Yasin, the party would achieve a two-thirds majority and form the government, with a PPP worker once again becoming the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir.
