MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): Zindigi partnered with Azad Kashmir Police today to implement traffic fine digitisation, enabling officers to issue fines digitally and citizens to pay through modern methods.

Zindigi, through JS Bank, developed the digital platform to establish a strategic partnership with the Azad Jammu and Kashmir(AJK) Police for digitizing their traffic fine procedures on April 10 2025, in Pakistan. The regional traffic management sector now adopts a digital system which replaces previous paper-based approaches following this important partnership.

Zindigi will provide Azad Kashmir traffic police with smart devices which can establish Bluetooth connections for printers. The traffic officers now use digital devices through which they can create electronic fines directly at the scene instead of traditional handwritten processes. The implementation of this system will enhance traffic police operational efficiency as well as present public users with better convenience.

Citizens can select between modern payment methods which include mobile wallets and ATM cards in addition to debit and credit cards and QR codes for making fine payments. The system ensures the payment process becomes more convenient and secure for individuals to perform transactions.

Inspector General of Azad Kashmir Police, Rana Abdul Jabbar, mentioned that the police institution seeks to raise its standards while enhancing operational capabilities and promising seamless services. “By adopting advanced technical solutions, we strive to provide better convenience to the public, build trust, promote transparency, and improve the overall safety and security of the region,” he expressed.

Nauman Azhar, Founder and Chief Officer of Zindigi, emphasised the role of the private sector in digital transformation, stating, “The digitisation of public services is a shared responsibility. For this change to happen, the private sector needs to move forward actively.

The organization dedicates itself to leading this transformation by providing institutions with sustainable solutions that avoid burdening the government with additional expenses.

Zindigi maintains leadership in those initiatives while bearing the complete expenses out of its resources to create pathways for electronic advancement throughout Pakistan.

It pursues this initiative to strengthen institutions through collaborative partnerships and technological excellence which aims toward nation-building with digital connections and empowerment.
