MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Indian Army has resumed unprovoked shelling in the Tatrinote Madarpur sector of the Line of Control (LoC) on Eid-ul-Fitr, violating the ceasefire agreement.

Indian Army used heavy weapons, spreading panic in the area. However, Pakistani troops responded effectively to the Indian aggression by targeting enemy posts.

As per local sources, several civilians were injured in the attack, and property was damaged.

The authorities have reported no casualties and injuries so far.

Pakistani officials have condemned the Indian provocation and called on the international community to bind India to abide by the ceasefire agreement and play its role in ensuring peace and stability in the region.
