ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The federal government on Friday reduced diesel and petrol prices for the second consecutive time in its weekly review, according to the petroleum division.
The notification issued today stated that the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) have been reduced by Rs6 per liter and Rs6.8 per liter, respectively.
The new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 403.78 per liter, while the price of high-speed diesel has been set at Rs 402.78 per liter, the notification said.
The revised prices of petroleum products will be implemented from 12 midnight tonight.
