MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (UAJK) has formally announced that all classes will be conducted online from Monday, May 18, 2026, to Friday, May 22, 2026, due to unavoidable circumstances.

A formal notification has been issued by the renowned educational institution of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, and according to the circular issued, due to some unavoidable circumstances and reasons, the university administration has decided to conduct online classes temporarily.

These orders will come into effect from Monday, May 18, 2026, and will remain in force till Friday, May 22, 2026.

The circular issued by the Registrar’s Office has clarified that, despite the online transfer of classes, all office affairs and administrative offices of the university will remain open as usual, and all employees will continue to perform their office duties as before. There has been no change in office hours or daily office work.

The University Registrar has strongly urged all Heads of Departments to ensure full implementation of these new orders. The administration has also issued instructions to all HODs to immediately complete all necessary steps and arrangements for effective and uninterrupted delivery of online classes in their respective departments.
