RAWALPINDI (Kashmir English): The Pakistan Army’s Rocket Force Command has successfully carried out a training launch of the indigenously developed Fatah-II missile system, equipped with modern avionics and advanced navigation support, the military’s media wing said on Tuesday.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the exercise aimed to enhance operational readiness, validate key technical parameters, and assess the performance of various subsystems designed to improve accuracy and survivability.
“Senior officers from the Strategic Plans Division, Army Rocket Force Command, and the Pakistan Army witnessed the test. Scientists and engineers from strategic organisations were also present,” it added.
The forum appreciated the successful training launch of the indigenously developed missile from the Fatah series, the statement added.
Separately, the President, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the Chief of Defence Forces, and the services chiefs commended the technical expertise, dedication, and commitment of all personnel involved in the exercise.
