TEHRAN (Kashmir English): Air defence systems were activated in different areas of Iran’s capital, Tehran, on Thursday evening amid the continuous mediation efforts between the US and Iran, Iranian state media reported.
The IRNA state news agency said the sound of air defence firing was heard in western Tehran.
Meanwhile, Iran’s Mehr news agency reported that the air defence systems were heard engaging what were described as “hostile targets” in several parts of the capital, without elaborating further.
