TEHRAN (Kashmir English): Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei said that Iran will enter the management of the Strait of Hormuz into a new phase, but did not provide details of this strategy, according to the International News Agency.

Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei said that Iran does not want war but will not give up its rights under any circumstances adding that Iran is the winner in this war. Which has forced the enemy to kneel.

Iran’s new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has not yet appeared in public, but a written statement from him was read out on state TV once again.

He noted that Iran is determined to avenge its Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei and other Iranians who were martyred in the war. The statement added that Iran considers the resistance front to be a united force that also includes its regional allies.

It should be noted that after the martyrdom of Ayatollah Khamenei in an Israeli attack on February 28, his son, Mojtaba Khamenei, has been elected as the new Supreme Leader, but he has not yet appeared in public.

Iran holds back response to Israel’s ceasefire violation after Pakistan’s intervention: Report

Earlier, Iran’s deputy foreign minister said the country was on the verge of responding to a ceasefire violation overnight but held back after Pakistan intervened, Sky News reported.

Saeed Khatibzadeh also confirmed that Iran’s delegation will head to peace talks in Islamabad, as mediation efforts by Pakistan continue following the truce.

The development came after Israel bombed more targets in Lebanon on Thursday, putting the U.S.-Iran ceasefire into further jeopardy.

Israel and Washington have said Lebanon is not covered by the truce announced late on Tuesday by Trump. However, Iran and Pakistan, which acted as mediators, say it was explicitly part of the deal.

Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, expected to head the Iranian delegation opposite U.S. Vice President JD Vance, tweeted that Lebanon and the rest of Iran’s “axis” of regional allies were inseparable parts of any ceasefire.

A Pakistani source told Reuters that Islamabad was working on ceasefires for Lebanon as well as Yemen, where Israel has also hit Iran-aligned forces: “It will be discussed during the (upcoming) talks and we will settle it.”
