HOUSTON (Kashmir English): Dr. Aafia Siddiqui’s 18-year-old nephew, Imad Siddiqui, was shot and killed in Houston, which has deeply shocked the Pakistani community in the United States.
According to the police, the incident took place in Alton, where unknown suspects shot Imad Siddiqui during a carjacking, and the attackers fled the scene in a Chrysler vehicle.
Authorities say that the suspects have been identified with the help of nearby CCTV cameras, while the Pasandha Police Department is active to arrest the suspects, and raids are being conducted at various locations.
Meanwhile, Imad Siddiqui’s funeral prayers will be offered today after Zuhr prayers at the Sabreen Mosque, where a large number of people are expected to participate.
It should be noted that Dr. Aafia Siddiqui is currently imprisoned in the United States on terrorism-related charges, and after this incident, there is also been a strong reaction on social media.
