ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has decided to release the final results of CSS 2025 in the last week of February.
According to sources, all administrative and technical preparations in this regard have entered the final stage, while the commission has expedited measures to ensure timely publication of results.
According to FPSC officials, interviews of more than 80% of candidates who successfully cleared the written examination, medical examination, psychological assessment, and other stages of CSS 2025 have been completed.
Interviews of the remaining candidates will also be completed in the next few days, after which the process of preparing the final merit list will begin.
Sources said that the overall success rate of candidates in CSS 2025 is likely to remain very low, possibly around 2.5%.
Success rate in CSS exam
This low success rate has once again highlighted the rigour involved and standard of the competitive examination.
It is worth noting that thousands of candidates from across the country participated in the written examinations CSS 2025, but only 2.77% of them successfully cleared the written stage.
The results of the written examination were released on August 22, 2025, after which successful candidates were called for interviews and other stages.
The CSS examination is considered one of Pakistan’s most difficult and prestigious competitive examinations, success in which opens doors to high government positions for young people.
