ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Gulf countries are set to see a huge job opportunity in the coming years, with an expected need for more than 1.5 million workers by 2030.

According to reports from global and regional organizations, the Gulf job market is moving towards rapid economic growth, which is opening up new opportunities for those seeking employment abroad.

According to reports, the labor force in the United Arab Emirates is expected to increase significantly, with a potential increase of about 12% in the workforce by 2030.

The tourism, real estate, information technology, renewable energy, health, and construction sectors are growing rapidly in the UAE, due to which the demand for skilled and semi-skilled workers is continuously increasing.

Similarly, large-scale development projects are underway in Saudi Arabia under Vision 2030, which have given a new dimension to the employment market.

These projects include Neom City, the Red Sea project, major infrastructure projects and industrial zones, which are creating millions of new job opportunities.

According to experts, Saudi Arabia is expected to see an 11% increase in its workforce in the next few years, which will require a large number of workers.

The construction, engineering, transport, energy, and services sectors are at the heart of these development projects, where opportunities for local and foreign workers are increasing.

On the other hand, Gulf countries are relaxing policies to attract foreign workers. Modern visa systems, long-term residence facilities, and investment-linked residency schemes are being introduced to attract talented workers from around the world.
