PM Shehbaz Announces Establishment of Danish School in Haveli, Leepa Valley

BAGH (Kashmir English): In a groundbreaking move, the Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced major developmental projects at the request of the newly elected Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Faisal Rathore.

At the Foundation laying ceremony of Danish School Bagh, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced the construction of schools in Haveli and Leepa Valley, Azad Kashmir, to facilitate the education of children.

While addressing the ceremony, Prime Minister Shehbaz stated that the construction of these schools is a gift to the newly elected PM of AJK, Faisal Rathore.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan was accompanied by federal ministers, PML-N Pakistan, and senior leaders of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

It should be noted that the foundation stone laying ceremony of Danish School Bagh has been postponed twice before, while the foundation stone laying ceremony of Danish School Bhimber has been done, and the foundation stone laying ceremony of Danish School in Neelum Valley will also be done.

On the occasion of World Children’s Day, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said in his message that cooperation is indispensable for the welfare and prosperity of children at the global level.

He said that mental and physical development, protection and education, and training are key to the rights of children, and the government is taking all possible steps for the welfare of children, including the educational emergency.

The Prime Minister said that Pakistan is fully highlighting the welfare of children, their rights, and the importance of education and training.

This year, the day is being celebrated under the theme “My Day, My Rights,” which focuses on the importance of children’s rights, development, and issues.

The Prime Minister said that government measures are important to prevent incidents of violence against children, and providing educational facilities to every talented child across the country is the government’s priority.

He further said that the fast-track work on the Danish School Bagh project is commendable. A project of Rs 3.42 billion has been approved by the CDWP for the Danish School in Bagh, Azad Kashmir.

The Prime Minister said that educational scholarships, medical facilities, and the establishment of skill development centers for children are a basic need, while the Government of Pakistan is striving to provide the best opportunities for children in the provincial governments, Kashmir, and globally.
