MIRPUR (Kashmir English): Mangla police in Azad Kashmir on Friday netted four accused most wanted by Punjab police in heinous crimes.
A police spokesman said that in the light of the orders issued by SSP Mirpur Khurram Iqbal, a police team from Police Station Mangla, AJK, arrested fur accused wanted in several cases to Punjab police since long.
Sadaqat Hussain, SHO Police Station Mangla, nabbed the accused during a surprise checking at Mangla, the gateway to this part of Kashmir from adjoining Jhelum district of Punjab province, the spokesman said while commenting on the arrests.
Accused handed over to Punjab police
The arrested accused wanted in several cases by Punjab Police include Kamran son of Javed, resident of Hafizabad; Moazzam Ali son of Ijaz Ahmed, resident of Hafizabad; Murtaza Hassan son of Noor Muhammad, resident of Hafizabad; and Muhammad Arsalan son of Tariq, resident of Hafizabad. The arrested accused were later handed over to the Punjab police.
