WhatsApp has added a function called Status, and it is working on improving this function by adding music sharing.
WhatsApp now supports long pieces of music in Status updates, which provides its users with broader choices of using music in their messages.
According to WABetaInfo, this function has been made available to some users using Android and iOS systems. Currently, WhatsApp allows using music pieces of only 15 seconds in length in Status updates.
Now users will be able to create Status updates with music pieces that are up to 30 seconds long.
The new feature with longer pieces of music will give users a chance to use music in longer pieces and get longer Status updates.
According to WABetaInfo, the new function has been made available to a limited number of users before it is launched for a greater number of users.
