KARACHI (Kashmir English): Pakistani actor, host, and producer Azfar Ali has revealed details of his third marriage, saying he tied the knot in October 2025 in what he described as an arranged marriage.
Speaking during a private television programme, Azfar Ali said he had not previously discussed his third marriage publicly in front of the camera but had now decided to share details about the new chapter in his personal life.
Azfar Ali is known for his work in dramas including Sub Set Hai, Shah Rukh Ki Saalian, and Ab Baghi Gee Shehnai. He has also hosted the Azfar Mani Show.
Along with his professional life, his marital life has also been in the news at different times.
The actor’s first marriage was with actress Salma Hassan, however, this relationship could not last long, and the two separated. He later married actress and host Naveen Naqvi, but the relationship also ended in divorce.
Speaking about his third marriage, Azfar Ali said his sisters had repeatedly encouraged him to get married despite his own lack of interest in marriage at the time.
He said his sister eventually found a suitable match for him. His future wife, Rida, was living in Dubai and working as the head of a human resources department at the time.
According to the actor, before the marriage, he requested Rida to move to Pakistan, because he himself could not take up permanent residence in Dubai. The two talked for about 6 months, after which the two tied the knot in October 2025, Ali stated.
Talking about the changes in his personality, Azfar Ali said that 12 years have passed since his second divorce, and during this time, various life experiences have taught him a lot, and he himself has also changed with time.
Azfar said that now he looks at relationships differently. Unlike in the past, he does not impose his will on his wife and gives importance to mutual understanding in the relationship.
He admitted that earlier he used to focus more on his career, but now he is paying full attention to his personal life and marital relationship along with his professional engagements.
