Travel Alert: Passengers with invalid documents to be stopped from flying

ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has directed that passengers possessing incomplete or unverified travel documents be denied permission to travel.

According to details, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, where he inspected the immigration counters and conducted a detailed review of the immigration process for outbound passengers.

During the visit, the Interior Minister personally met with passengers and inquired about immigration procedures, any issues they faced, and the available facilities.
On this occasion, he personally checked the travel documents of some passengers and had them verified on the spot.

Expressing satisfaction and appreciation for the excellent arrangements made by the immigration team, Mohsin Naqvi noted that the deployment of additional staff at the counters had eliminated long queues, thereby facilitating smoother travel.

The Interior Minister specifically commended the efforts of Airport Immigration Deputy Director Shahzad Akbar for the excellent arrangements and performance.

Issuing key directives, the Interior Minister stated that all possible facilities should be provided to passengers during immigration to ensure they do not face any difficulties.

He directed that no passenger holding incomplete or illegal travel documents be allowed to travel under any circumstances.
