MIRPUR (Kashmir English): The Sehat Card facility has been restored at the Divisional Headquarters Teaching Hospital Mirpur.
Due to the shutdown of internet service, the online system of Sehat Sahulat Card was temporarily affected, and patients were facing difficulties in availing this facility.
After the restoration of internet service by the Azad Kashmir government, the Sehat Sahulat Card system has been reactivated in the hospital, after which eligible patients will be able to get treatment facilities through Sehat Sahulat Card.
In this regard, Medical Superintendent Divisional Headquarters Teaching Hospital Mirpur Dr. Ijaz Ahmed said that with the restoration of internet service, the Sehat Sahulat Card system has also been activated, which will enable patients to get treatment facilities under Sehat Sahulat Card again.
He said that the hospital administration is giving priority to providing the best and timely treatment facilities to the patients.
The restoration of the Sehat Sahulat Card will make it easier for deserving patients to get treatment and will allow them to benefit from the relevant medical facilities available in the hospital.
According to the hospital administration, patients will be able to regularly avail the facility of treatment through the Sehat Sahulat Card from September 2, 2026.
Necessary arrangements have been completed regarding the Sehat Sahulat Card, and the system will function normally after the restoration of internet service.
It may be recalled that the Sehat Card facility was terminated in hospitals in Azad Kashmir due to lack of internet service.
