ORAKZAI, Pakistan (Kashmir English): Security forces continued helping general public during the heavy rain and snowfall in Orakzai district in the last few days.
The personnel of the forces opened roads on an emergency basis, assisting local residents and enabling timely burials.
Security forces completed a special relief operation to assist the local population in the remote areas of Orakzai District during heavy snowfall and adverse weather conditions.
Due to the recent snowfall, all roads leading to Kalaya Darbar village were completely closed.
The closed roads not only suspended transportation but also made it impossible for a grieving family to proceed with the burial of their loved one.
Upon receiving information about the road closures, security forces mobilised heavy machinery and manpower on an emergency basis.
Despite the extremely harsh weather conditions, security personnel worked day and night to clear the snow and restore the road.
