ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Principal Cadet College Palandri Brigadier (R) Wajid Paracha called on president Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry here on Tuesday.
During the meeting, the duo discussed issues of mutual interest. On the occasion, Brigadier (R) Paracha gave a comprehensive briefing to the president on the college’s curriculum and co-curricular activities.
He also informed the president about the challenges currently facing the college.

Speaking on the occasion, the president expressed satisfaction with the college’s performance, noting that the college has developed into a successful education facility.
He directed the principal to utilize all his energies to elevate the college to one of the top cadet colleges in Pakistan. He also assured his full cooperation in this regard.
Meanwhile, government minister AJK Sardar Mohammad Javed Ayub visited South Punjab and attended various events in different cities.
Traditional dance, flower leaves, fireworks and public excitement in Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sadiqabad, Rahim Yar Khan, and other places made the visit memorable.
A large number of people welcomed him while Sardar Mohammad Javed Ayub expressed his heartfelt happiness and gratitude.
On his arrival in Multan, President Panhwar Alliance Punjab Multan Division Mohammad Asghar, Advocate High Court Malik Asif and other leaders welcomed him.
In Dera Ghazi Khan, Pakistan Peoples’ Party South Punjab leader Sardar Nasrullah and local community welcomed him.
During the visit, Sardar Mohammad Javed Ayub attended various events and met with the people. Talking to the media on his return, he thanked the people of southern Punjab for the love and hospitality and said that he would always be obliged to this sentiment.
He was accompanied by former Chairman People’s Youth Organization Azad Kashmir Anis Shakir Awan, Vice Chairman Municipal Committee Tehsil Patha Shahid Usmani, PPP Leader Munir Khokhar, Omar Fayyaz Tanoli, Youth Councilor Shani Abbas, and Raja Naseem Akhtar.
