MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Election Commission on Wednesday released the final polling scheme for the general elections 2026, announcing that 6,983 polling stations and 10,913 polling booths will be established to facilitate voting across the state and for voters residing in Pakistan.
According to the commission, a total of 3,804,368 registered voters will be eligible to cast their votes, including 2,001,653 male voters and 1,802,715 female voters.
Among the total voters, 3,365,686 will cast their votes in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, while 438,682 voters will be eligible to cast their votes in constituencies in Pakistan.
