KURRAM (Kashmir English): Pakistan Army strongly responded to unprovoked firing by the Afghan Taliban, and Fitna al-Khawarij targeting Pakistani border areas along the Kurram Agency late Sunday night.
According to security sources, the Pakistan Army retaliated with precision strikes, inflicting significant damage to the Afghan Taliban’s posts.
During the counter-attack, multiple enemy positions were set ablaze, and an American-made tank being used by the Afghan Taliban was destroyed.
Sources confirmed that live footage captured the moment a Pakistan Army missile accurately hit and destroyed the Afghan tank.
The security forces’ timely and effective retaliation successfully silenced the hostile firing, ensuring the safety of Pakistani border posts.
Tensions along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border have escalated in recent weeks, with repeated provocations from across the border.
However, the Pakistan Army has reaffirmed its commitment to defending every inch of the motherland and responding decisively to any act of aggression.
