ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Ministry of Energy is consulting provincial governments, trade bodies, and distribution companies to investigate energy-saving solutions.

The proposal under review recommends that shops, markets, and commercial zones should remain open between 9 AM and 6 PM during a period of 1 to 2 months for the purpose of electricity and fuel conservation.
