ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a “Family Token” facility at its centers, enabling the simultaneous processing of all family members at a single “one-window” counter.
NADRA has launched this facility to assist families visiting its centers, allowing them to process all members’ applications using just one family token.
According to an awareness message issued by NADRA, citizens visiting the office with their families do not need to obtain separate tokens.
By securing a single family token, they can access the required services for all family members at one counter when their turn arrives.
NADRA states that the objective of this facility is to minimize the need for multiple family members to visit various counters for identity documents or related matters, thereby allowing the entire family’s processing to be completed at a single counter.
Under this new system, citizens can obtain a family token upon arrival at the NADRA center. When their turn comes, staff can process all family members’ applications at the same one-window counter.
The regulatory authority has urged citizens visiting with their families to utilize the family token facility so that all necessary services for the family can be obtained from a single counter.
NADRA has also provided a helpline, 1777, and a website, nadra.gov.pk, to assist citizens.
