MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The residents of Muzaffarabad experienced partly cloudy weather on Thursday, whereas light to moderate rain is expected to lash the city tonight and on Friday morning.
According to the Pakistan Metrological Department (PMD), rain along with thunderstorms is likely at isolated places in Kashmir along with upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, and adjoining hilly areas. Meanwhile, mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country.
The maximum temperature recorded today ranges up to 18 degrees Celsius, whereas the minimum temperature expected in the evening will range up to 06 degrees Celsius.
The humidity level in Muzaffarabad ranges between 70% to 75% with light wind blowing in the northwest direction at a speed of 05 km/h. Whereas, the chance of precipitation is up to 50% today.
According to the Met Office, on Wednesday, the weather will be dry in most parts of the country, while it will be cold in the hilly areas during the night.
However, light rain with strong winds is likely at a few places in Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, and the adjacent hilly areas.
