LEEPA VALLEY (Kashmir English): A powerful solidarity rally was held in the picturesque Leepa Valley near the Line of Control (LoC), as residents expressed unwavering support for the Pakistan Army amid current regional tensions.
Despite the rising hostilities between Pakistan and India, locals organised a large-scale public event to honour the bravery and commitment of the Pakistan Army. The support for Pakistan Army rally saw enthusiastic participation from schoolchildren across the valley, who marched in unison, raising slogans such as “Pakistan Army Zindabad,” “We are with Pak Army,” and “Pak Fouj Qadam Barhao, Hum Tumharay Sath Hain.”
The event was marked by high patriotic fervour, with chants echoing through the valley as people carried banners and waved national flags. Speakers said the rally was meant to show the nation’s gratitude to the military, particularly for their firm and timely response to any Indian aggression along the LoC.
Speakers at the rally highlighted the sacrifices made by the armed forces and vowed to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with them in the defence of the nation. “The people of Leepa Valley are ready to defend Pakistan alongside our soldiers. We will protect our homeland till the last drop of our blood,” speakers declared.
Participants also praised the role of the Pakistan Army in countering threats and maintaining peace along the LoC, reaffirming that the spirit of unity between civilians and the military remains strong
The Kashmiri people stand firm with Pakistan and its forces. They have made it clear again and again, reiterating and showing valuable support wherever required. The borders are not just lines on the map, but our home, which the courageous people of the region have vowed to protect.
The solidarity with the Pakistan Army rally served as a clear message of national cohesion, strength, and determination to safeguard the country’s borders and sovereignty.
