ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) on Thursday fixed the petition seeking disqualification of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi for hearing.
A bench headed by Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear the case on October 15.
Former PTI leader and advocate Sher Afzal Marwat has challenged the appointment of Sohail Afridi as KP CM.
