MUMBAI (Kashmir English): A recent comment made by BJP member of parliament Manoj Tiwari about the country’s currency has created a massive influx of memes and debates on social media platforms, where people have humorously referred to the formula he has mentioned as a “Desi Masterstroke.”
Tiwari proposed that if India were to abolish the usage of its Rs 1 denomination coin and rename the Rs2 denomination coin to Rs 1 denomination coin, then the dollar’s price would fall to RS 45. While social media users are enjoying mocking the formula.
