ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The federal cabinet on Thursday approved amendments to the Pakistan Army Act, Pakistan Air Force Act, and Pakistan Navy Act shortly after the 27th Constitutional Amendment’s ratification by President Asif Ali Zardari.
The statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) stated that “the aim of these amendments is to bring the laws related to the Armed Forces of Pakistan into line with the 27th Constitutional Amendment.”
