LA-17 Haveli controversy
It is worth noting that in LA-17, Pakistan Muslim League (N) had staged a sit-in in front of the Returning Officer office, alleging tampering with the results and demanding a recount.
The Election Commission had moved the ballot boxes to Muzaffarabad, while the PML-N candidate claimed that they had been assured of a recount.
Prime Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore stated in the victory speech that if I had lost, I would have accepted the defeat happily, but the closure of roads by Pakistan Muslim League (N) is not an appropriate action.
