RAWALPINDI (Kashmir English): Pakistani security forces shot down four drones launched by the Afghan Taliban regime in Balochistan, said the military’s media wing late Tuesday night.
It said that the country’s air defence network immediately came into action to bring the flying objects down.
Afghan Taliban’s activities against Pakistan
In a statement, the media wing of the military said: “On 30 June, Afghan Taliban regime launched four (4) rudimentary drones across the border in Balochistan as part of their patronisation and support of terrorists outfits operating from inside their controlled territories”.
“The hostile aerial platforms were immediately picked up by Pakistan’s robust air defence network.”
