JADDAH (Kashmir English): Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman met with Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defense Forces, Field Marshal Asim Munir, to discuss attacks targeting Makkah and the Kingdom’s civil and economic infrastructure.
In a statement issued on social media, Prince Khalid bin Salman noted that the meeting welcomed the outcomes of the Chiefs of Staff session held under the Makkah Joint Defense Agreement.
He stated that the discussion focused on attacks targeting Makkah and the Kingdom’s civil and economic infrastructure.
According to the Saudi Defense Minister, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to continuing joint efforts to counter these attacks within the framework of the Makkah Joint Defense Agreement.
He added that joint measures against the attacks facing Saudi Arabia would continue in accordance with the Makkah Joint Defense Agreement.
