QUETTA (Kashmir English): The Balochistan government and the Sit-in Committee has reached an agreement after successful negotiations between the two sides.
Chief Minister Balochistan Sarfaraz Bugti’s reconciliation efforts succeed as negotiations between the Government of Balochistan and the Sit-in Committee successfully concluded, said the officials on Friday.
Both parties agreed on implementing the demands of the families of the martyrs of Ziarat and joint measures for peace and stability in the province.
Agreement to form a judicial commission to investigate the Ziarat martyrs incident has also been agreed upon by the government.
A joint meeting on the law and order situation will be held under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister of Balochistan with opposition parties and the families of the martyrs.
The capacity, manpower, and professional skills of the police force in urban areas of Balochistan will be further enhanced, according to the understanding reached between the two sides.

To pay tribute to the great sacrifices of the martyrs, various government buildings will be named after them.
A committee will be established under the chairmanship of the Minister of Revenue to address public concerns regarding revenue, which will include government officials and area elders.

“The martyrs are very dear to us, and it is the responsibility of the Government of Balochistan to take every possible care of their families,” Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfaraz Bugti told the participants of the meeting.
“The entire nation pays tribute to the great sacrifices of the Pakistan Army, FC, Police, and other law enforcement agencies,” Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfaraz Bugti said.
