MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (AJKPSC) has announced the schedule for interviews of candidates who qualified the MCQ test for various posts of Assistant Professor (BS-18) in the Higher Education Department.
According to a press release issued by the AJKPSC, the interviews will be conducted at the Commission’s office in Jalalabad, Muzaffarabad.
The press release added that the list of shortlisted candidates, along with their interview dates, has been uploaded to its official website.
Candidates have been directed to report to the Public Service Commission office at 8:30am on the day of their interview.
“All the candidates called for an interview should ensure their attendance at the Public Service Commission office from 09:00 AM to 02:30 PM one day before the date of the interview, along with their relevant original educational certificates and other documents for verification,” it stated.

The following is the schedule for interviews;
September 15: Assistant Professor English (Male and Female)
September 16: Assistant Professor Urdu (Male)
September 17: Assistant Professor Economics (Male), Statistics (Male and Female)
September 18: Assistant Professor Economics (Female)
September 22: Assistant Professor Physics (Male), Mathematics (Female)
September 23: Assistant Professor Chemistry (Male), History (Female)
September 24: Assistant Professor Computer Science (Male), Political Science (Female)
September 25: Assistant Professor Zoology, Botany (Male), Biology, Zoology, Botany (Female)
September 29: Assistant Professor Mathematics and Commerce (Male)
September 30: Assistant Professor Computer Science (Female) and Islamic Studies (Female)
October 1: Assistant Professor Physical Education (Female)
The AJKPSC said no TA/DA would be given to candidates appearing for the interviews. Separate call letters will be dispatched to candidates at their given addresses.
“If any candidate does not receive the call letter, he can obtain it from the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission office, Muzaffarabad.”
Further, candidates can join the interview by checking their name and roll number on the website of the Public Service Commission, the commission said.
