MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has decided to end the weekly holiday in all educational institutions across the state, after which teaching will now continue in government and other educational institutions on all seven days of the week.
According to the Education Department, the weekly holiday has been ended in all educational institutions of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and it has been decided to continue teaching activities on all seven days. This decision will apply to educational institutions across the state.
The Education Department has also issued a formal notification in this regard, in which new instructions have been issued regarding the administrative and teaching affairs of educational institutions.
After this decision of the government, teaching activities will continue as usual in educational institutions of Azad Kashmir on Saturdays as well, while students and teachers will have to follow the new arrangement regarding the weekly holiday.
The Education Department has directed all relevant educational institutions and administrations to ensure implementation of the notification issued.
