DUBAI (Kashmir English): Air Canada has extended the suspension of its flights to and from Dubai, with services at Dubai International Airport now paused until the end of March 2027.
The Canadian airline had previously planned to resume its Dubai operations in January 2027 but has now postponed the restart, citing a changing operating environment.
Dubai Airports CEO Paul Griffiths has also said that some foreign airlines are facing difficulties securing insurance coverage for their operations, adding to the challenges affecting international services.
Air Canada has offered flexible options to passengers affected by the extended suspension. Eligible travelers can rebook their flights without additional fees, change their destination, or cancel their bookings in exchange for travel credit.
Meanwhile, Emirates and flydubai continue to operate flights from Dubai International Airport, while several other international carriers have also made adjustments to their Dubai schedules
