ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Junior tennis player from Pakistan, Ahtesham Humayun, wins a silver medal in the doubles final at the ITF World Junior Championships J30 Akouda in Tunisia.
In a hard-fought match, Ahtesham, along with Aliaksandr Viarsotski of Belarus, lost to the pairing of Anas Ben Youssef of Tunisia and Yacine Meghari of Algeria with the scoreline 3-6, 6-2, 6-10.
Ahtesham’s splendid performance will add yet another feather in his cap among many others in his successful junior career so far.
President Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF), Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, Secretary General Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF), Zia-ud-Din Tufail, and the whole PTF management congratulated Ahtesham for this great feat and prayed for more success in international events ahead.
