LAHORE (Kashmir English): Veteran Pakistani actress Bushra Ansari has revealed that she is 70 years old.

Speaking at a recent event about her openness regarding her age, she stated that she proudly tells everyone she has seen 70 springs of life; she feels no hesitation in disclosing her age.

She recounted an instance where someone asked why she revealed her age, to which she replied, “It’s not as if I have films running in cinemas that would require me to hide my age.”

She added, “I simply say that I have turned 70; if I don’t look it, that is a good thing. Looking 50 while being 70 is certainly a positive.”

The actress noted that she has always maintained a slender build; hailing from Punjab, she used to be teased for being thin and frail, but she is now reaping the benefits of that physique.
